Fusion Payroll run results data model

A payroll process is a payroll action (PAY_PAYROLL_ACTIONS) with a per-person row (PAY_PAYROLL_REL_ACTIONS) for each payroll relationship. Each element processed becomes a run result (PAY_RUN_RESULTS) whose numbers are in PAY_RUN_RESULT_VALUES. Elements are defined in PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_F and assigned via PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_F.
