Shipping data model: delivery detail, delivery, and trip

Pick release creates a WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS row per fulfillment line, grouped into a WSH_NEW_DELIVERIES header via WSH_DELIVERY_ASSIGNMENTS — a separate assignment table (not a direct FK) specifically so a line can be moved to a different delivery before it ships. One or more deliveries are then planned onto a WSH_TRIPS header at a WSH_TRIP_STOPS pickup/dropoff location, which is the transportation-run level (e.g. one truck's route) above the delivery.
