Fixed Assets data model

An asset is added (FA_ADDITIONS_B), assigned to one or more depreciation books (FA_BOOKS) with a cost/life/method, and depreciation runs post expense to FA_DEPRECIATION_HISTORY, which Subledger Accounting then turns into GL journals.
