Every asset change is a FA_TRANSACTION_HEADERS row whose accounting effect is expanded into FA_ADJUSTMENTS (cost, reserve, expense). Assignment over time is FA_DISTRIBUTION_HISTORY; retirements are FA_RETIREMENTS. Categories (FA_CATEGORIES_B) drive default accounts.
